Somebody Swallowed Stanley

Our first title, ‘Somebody Swallowed Stanley’ is now available to purchase here.

‘Everybody has a taste for Stanley, as he is chewed on, swallowed and spat back out by lots of different ‘somebodies’. But it won’t be long until they realise: Stanley is no ordinary creature…’

This book has been sold and used to educate children (and adults) all around the world about marine plastic pollution. From the UK to the Australia, this book has been praised by parents and school teachers. It supports most science national curriculums and is suitable for children aged 3 – 9 years old.

RAISING AWARENESS

Marine debris, such as stray plastic bags, bottle or lids, pose a threat to over 600 different species world wide. Plastic bags especially are easily mistaken as jellyfish and as a result are often eaten by sea turtles and whales. Eating or becoming entangled in plastic can kill these creatures and it is estimated that 100,000 marine mammals and 1 million seabirds die as a result each year.
